The physical condition of the house can influence the incidence of diarrhea in an area. The basic sanitation aspects of houses in settlements around the Komering River, Indralaya District, are still lacking. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers aged 12-59 months in the Sukaraja Community Health Center area, Buay Madang District. This research uses a cross-sectional study design. The respondents in this study were 176 toddlers aged 12-59 months who lived in the Sukaraja Community Health Center area, Buay Madang District. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. Data were analyzed using SPSS software with chi-square test and logistic regression. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the condition of the house floor (p-value 0.021), kitchen condition (p-value 0.006), bathroom condition (p-value 0.012), drinking water source (p-value 0.012), SPAL (p-value 0.046) with the incidence of diarrhea in infants, while the variables ventilation conditions (p-value 0.382), partitions/room separations (p-value 0.627) and waste management (p-value 0.357) did not show any relationship with the incidence of diarrhea in infants. The results of the study showed that kitchen conditions were the most dominant factor influencing the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers. It was concluded that the physical condition of the house, such as the condition of the floor of the house, the condition of the bathroom, drinking water sources, and SPAL are risk factors for developing diarrhea.
