HUBUNGAN KUALITAS FISIK RUMAH DENGAN KEJADIAN TB PARU DI KABUPATEN OKU SELATAN TAHUN 2023
The number of pulmonary TB cases occurring in South Oku Regency has increased in the last 2 years to 230 cases and an increase of 428 cases. South Oku Regency on average uses traditional houses with stilt designs and there are still many houses that are unfit for habitation, 4,071 households. This research aims to determine the relationship between the physical quality of houses and the incidence of pulmonary TB in South Oku Regency. This research uses inferential analytical observation with a case control study design and cluster sampling technique. The sample size ratio was 1:2 for each sample in the case group 46 and the control group 92. This data was analyzed descriptively univariately, bivariate Shi-square test and multivariate multiple logistic regression. The results of bivariate analysis of variables related to the incidence of pulmonary TB in South Oku Regency are residential density, ventilation, humidity, temperature, age, gender, knowledge and level of education and variables not related to wall type, floor type, smoking status and knowledge. The most dominant variable in the incidence of pulmonary TB was knowledge with an OR = 11.070. It can be concluded that the physical quality of the house in general is a risk factor for the incidence of pulmonary TB.
