This research aims to test and analyze the influence of earnings management, profitability and liquidity on financial performance. The population in this study are plastic and packaging subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 15 plastic and packaging subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. This research is quantitative research using secondary data. This research uses a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 15 companies for 5 consecutive years for a total of 50 observations. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistical tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The research results show that the earnings management variable has no effect on financial performance, while the profitability and liquidity variables have an effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, overall the variables of earnings management, profitability and liquidity simultaneously influence financial performance
