ANALISIS TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERILAKU SEKSUAL BERISIKO PADA LELAKI SEKS LELAKI (LSL).
Men who have sex with men (MSM) are men who have sexual relations with other men who are at high risk of transmitting the HIV/AIDS virus due to risky sexual activities. Factors that cause individuals to engage in risky sexual activities include knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the level of knowledge regarding risky sexual behavior among men who have sex with men (MSM). This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study design and a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 182 respondents from Men Having Sex with Men (MSM). The research results showed that there were variables that had a statistically significant relationship, namely the information exposure variable (p-value 0.034) and the environmental factor variable (p-value 0.006). The results of the multivariate analysis showed that environmental factor variables (p-value = 0.025; Final/Adjusted PR = 3.638; 95% CI = 1.175-11.257) had the most dominant and significant influence on the level of knowledge regarding risky sexual behavior among men who have sex with men (MSM). Men having sex with men (MSM) with environmental factors that have a negative influence are 3.6 times more likely to have less knowledge than men having sex with men (MSM) whose environmental factors have no influence. It is hoped that this research can provide input for relevant agencies so that they can provide good information by carrying out health education aimed at increasing knowledge related to risky sexual behavior as well as changes and awareness of the social environment for men who have sex with men (MSM) to encourage prevention of HIV transmission. /AIDS.
