SDN 02 Indralaya Utara is an elementary school with the highest number of student in Indralaya Utara subdistrict which located in strategic location and near the highway. This might cause student in SDN 02 indralaya Utara to be more susceptible to environmental based diseases. Environmental based diseases is an obstacle for health development especially in a developing country such as Indonesia. Beside giving attention to environmental sanitation, personal higiene also had to be recked in order to prevent the environmental based diseases.. The purpose of this research is to analyze personal hygiene bahaviour in SDN 02 Indralaya Utara to prevent environmental diseases. This research was categorized as descriptive qualitative research. To gather the requirements data in this research used in depth interview and observation methode. The acquired data then processed with N-Vivo program software. The results showed from 8 variables that analyzed, knowledge, attitude, and practice,. In contrary, variables like facilitation, stimulus, health status, and the behavior itself still considered poor. From the results, it is concluded that personal hygiene behavior in SDN 02 Indralaya Utara still not good enough. Suggestion from this study, school had to pay more attention to procurement and maintainance of hygiene facilitation and escalate the personal hygiene behavior through UKS Triad implementation
