A hospital is a facility that provides health services as a form of improving health status, an important element in the success of organizing food at a hospital, which depends on patient satisfaction. The quality of nutrition services is closely related to patient satisfaction, where if the quality of nutrition services is good then the patient will feel satisfied. This study aims to see the relationship between the quality of nutrition services and the level of patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitativeanalytical research with cross sectional method. The study was conducted on 76 class III inpatients by purposive sampling. Nutrition service quality and patient satisfaction were obtained through questionnaires given to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The results showed that 53 respondents (69.7%) were satisfied with nutrition services provided and 51 respondents (67.1%) received good quality nutrition services. In this study there was a relationship between the quality of nutrition services and the level of patient satisfaction (p=0.000).
