ANALISIS RISIKO KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN PAJANAN HIDROGEN SULFIDA (H2S) PADA MASYARAKAT SEKITAR TPA SUNGAI MEDANG KOTA PRABUMULIH.
Sungai Medang Landfill is a landfill in Prabumulih City that has carried out waste management through the sanitary landfill method even though it is not optimal due to insufficient landfill area. The process of decomposition of waste in landfills causes air pollution, one of which is hydrogen sulfide gas which is colorless, very toxic and has a foul smell. The purpose of this study was to analyze the environmental health risks of hydrogen sulfide gas exposure to communities around the Sungai Medang landfill in Prabumulih. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research using the Environmental Health Risk Analysis (EHRA) method. The study sample consisted of 92 people living within a radius of 250 meters and ±500 meters with sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the highest concentration of Hydrogen Sulfide was at point 1 which was 0.0015 µg/m3 and the lowest was at point 4 which was 0.0001 µg/m3. The intake value (realtime) obtained a value of 0.00053 μg/m3 and the risk level obtained was 0.267 (RQ
