Toddlers are the age group under 5 (five) years. Age 2-5 years is a group of fast body growth so that it requires a large nutritional intake for every kilogram of body weight because the toddler age group is also an age group that is very vulnerable to suffering from malnutrition. Improper feeding parenting patterns can cause nutritional problems in toddlers. Therefore this study aims to determine the relationship between feeding parenting and the nutritional status of toddlers in working mothers in Tugu Mulyo Village, Belitang Madang Raya District. This type of research is an observational study with a cross sectional design. The subjects of this study were toddlers in Tugu Mulyo Village, a total of 42 toddlers who were taken by purposive sampling. Statistical analysis of this study used the chi square, Fisher's exact, and liniear regression analysis. Feeding parenting patterns were obtained using the Child Feeding Questionnaire (CFQ) questionnaire and nutritional status was measured using a microtoise tool and scales. In this study, it was stated that 47.6% of the nutritional status of children under five was not normal and 52.4% was declared normal with the parenting pattern of improper feeding by 38.1% and 61.9% of children under five were cared for by the parenting pattern of proper feeding. Based on the results bivariate, there is a significant relationship between feeding parenting style and the nutritional status of toddlers (p=0.010). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between parenting and feeding working mothers on the nutritional status of toddlers. It is hoped that mothers can meet their children's nutritional needs by paying more attention to children's diet including the right type, amount and schedule of food.
