10 Micron Particulate Matter is one of the problems with the environmental component, namely air pollution which can expose street sweepers during work so that it can be a risk factor in the emergence of disorders of the respiratory system, one of which is lung function disorders. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional design. In this research PM10 measured using the EPAM 5000 instrument, while lung function disorders were measured using a spirometry instrument, and a questionnaire to conduct interviews with respondents. As many as 84.4% of street sweepers experienced lung function disorders. There is a relationship between smoking habits (p-value: 0.039) PR: 1.282 with impaired lung function in street sweepers in Palembang City. There is no relationship PM10 (P-value: 0.299)PR: 1.204, age (p-value: 1000)PR: 0.995, length of exposure (p-value: 0.510) PR: 0.922, use of PPE (p-value: 0.502) PR: 0.882, length of service (p- value: 0.178) PR: 0.852 with lung function disorders in street sweepers in Palembang City.
