The management information system (e-Puskesmas) is a web-based public health center management information system to support public health center management and services from registration, examination and treatment of patients, to reporting to Regency/City and Provincial Services. The e-Puskesmas application has been implemented in Palembang City, including the Dempo Health Center. However, its implementation is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the management information system (e-Puskesmas) at Dempo Palembang Public Health Center using the HOT-Fit method. Quantitative research with cross sectional design. The research population with a total sampling of 41 people was all employees of the Dempo Palembang Community Health Center who used e-Puskesmas. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Fisher exact test. The research results on the human variable were good at 51.2%, good organization at 75.6%, good technology at 85.4%, and good benefits at 85.4%. There is a correlations between human (Sig-p 0.009 < 0.05), organization (Sig-p 0.000 < 0.05), technology (Sig-p 0.000 < 0.05) and the benefits of implementing a management information system at the Dempo Palembang Public Health Center. The suggestion for the Dempo Public Health Center is to strengthen it through e-Puskesmas training for employees who have not yet received training by employees who have carried out e-Puskesmas training which can be carried out at the Public Health Center mini workshop.
