Palembang is one of the cities with the lowest vaccine coverage for children aged 6-11 years in South Sumatra Province with the number of first doses being 85.07% and second doses 68.43%. This research aims to analyze the description of the faktors of acceptance of Covid-19 vaccination in children aged 6-11 years in the Ariodilla Health Center area of Palembang City. This study uses a qualitative research study design with a descriptive approach and the method of data collection is in the form of in-depth interviews. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a sample of 16 key informants, 4 expert key informants, and 4 supporting informants. The main informant samples were taken by parents who had children aged 6-11 years who had been vaccinated and those who had not been vaccinated. The sample of expert key informants is health workers at the Ariodilla Health Center. While the sample of supporting informants is a teacher at SD 39 N Palembang City. The results of this study indicate that most parents receive vaccines because they want their children to be protected from the dangers of Covid-19 and believe in vaccines. There are also parents who accept it but their child doesn't want to or their child's condition is often sick so the parents don't vaccinate their child. Meanwhile, a small number of parents do not accept their children being vaccinated due to a lack of trust in vaccines, fear of perceived side effects, feeling that vaccines have no benefits, and lack of motivation.
