Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an infectious disease that is still a public health problem and has become an Extraordinary Event due to the rapid spread of the disease and has the potential to cause death. In Ogan Ilir Regency there were cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever and still experiencing fluctuating cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. The aim of this research is to determine environmental factors and behavior of EMN (eliminating mosquito nests) with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Ogan Ilir Regency in 2018-2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a correlation study design. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Ogan Ilir District Health Service, Ogan Ilir Population and Registration Service, Meteorology Climatology Geophysics Agency (BMKG) South Sumatra Province. Univariate and bivariate analysis used the Spearman correlation test. The research results showed that all independent variables, namely rainfall, population density, population mobility, and EMN behavior with a significance value (P>0.05) did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. The result of the bivariate analysis shows that there is a weak positive relationship between the variables population density, population mobility, and EMN behavior with the incidence of dengue fever. There is a weak negative relationship between the rainfall variable and the incidence of DHF in Ogan Ilir Regency in 2018-2022.
