The water flowing into the dam's crest can bring garbage’s that can accumulate in the upper crest weir and sluice gates that lead inhibits the accumulation of garbage and cleaning should be done regularly so that the door is not clogged water and irrigation water needs will be met. Cleaning is certainly time consuming and cost of operational . For reduce operating maintenance costs as well as savings of time cleaning the sluice, it is necessary to design a weir forms that can withstand the accumulation of garbage. In this study, using a hydraulic model bucket weir and a open channel made of glass. Experiments using a variation of the H2 to the value of each other 0.0003 m, 0.0007 m, 0.0011 m, 0.0014 m, and 0.0016 m with a flow rate flowing through the respective bucket 6,812xl0'5 m3/s, 8.756 xl0'5 m3/s, 1.237 xl0'4 m3/s, 1,462x10^ m3/s, 1,776x1 O'4 m3/s. The advantage of this bucket is a weir dam does not require basin , water entered and through the intake should be free of garbage collection, and save on maintenance costs. Dam can be applied to a remote area where the dam is located in a small population and need regular maintenance.
