ANALISIS MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH DEPATI HAMZAH KOTA PANGKALPINANG DITINJAU DARI DIMENSI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT
In order to meet people's expectations in the health sector, efforts are needed to improve the quality of health services. The health profile of Bangka Belitung Health Office shows that in the last 3 years, the BOR of RSUD Depati Hamzah didn’t meet the standards of the Ministry of Health namely 60%-75%, and Barber Johnson's theory namely 75%-85%, while the morbidity rate fluctuated, namely 12.28% in 2022, which shows that the population of Pangkalpinang City is vulnerable to disease. The purpose of this research is to analyse the quality of health services in RSUD Depati Hamzah in terms of hospital management dimensions. Descriptive qualitative method was used in this study. The informants consisted of 7 people. The results of the research show that the service quality of RSUD Depati Hamzah meets LAM-KPRS accreditation standards, but needs improvement in Staff Qualifications and Education, Facility Management and Patient Safety, and Medical Records and Health Information Management. The conclusion of the research is there are still staff who haven’t followed the repetition of BHD and BHL training, the patient waiting time exceeds 60 minutes, there are still nurses who behave less well towards patients, and the lack of body washer facilities. The suggestions in this research are optimizing BHD and BHL training with competent resource persons, planning a budget for body washer facilities, implementing an online booking system and monitoring queues from home, and increasing the professionalism of nurses to be able to behave and communicate well with patients.
