PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO INTERAKTIF PADA MATERI BENTUK DIFERENSIASI SOSIAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR WARGA BELAJAR PAKET C DI SPNF SKB KOTA PALEMBANG
The development of an interactive video on material forms of social differentiation has been carried out and used by package C learning residents at SPNF SKB Palembang City. The learning is carried out to increase the learning motivation of package C learning residents and as a valid and practical medium. This development research was carried out using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data was collected through the initial analysis stages, namely by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The validity of the media was assessed by three experts, namely media experts, material experts, and language experts. The analysis used is the Likert Scale and Guttman Scale. The implementation was carried out through two stages, namely, the first was a oneto-one trial on three learning residents. Second, small group trials, namely on twelve learning residents. Both aim to test the practicality of interactive video media on material forms of social differentiation. The results of this study are interactive video media on material in the form of social differentiation which results in a score of 33, and a percentage of 92% in the very decent category. In the material, the number obtained was 32 with a percentage of 89%, which was in the very decent category. Furthermore, in languages with a total of 30 and a percentage of 83% with a decent category. Based on the validation of the experts, it can be concluded that the development of video interactions on material forms of social differentiation is valid and practical for use in the learning process for package C learning residents.
