Along with increasing of population in Lubuklinggau cause the amount of need for clean water is also increasing, therefore it is necessary for the analysis of water need for the present and the future of the population in order Lubuklinggau remain unfulfilled. The step of this research include the study of literature, secondary data collection, data processing and continued with a comparative analysis of water demand with production capacity of Tirta Bukit Sulap PDAM in Lubuklinggau. From the analysis, it was found that prediction of need for clean water in Lubuklinggau for today is 286,99 liters / sec. For 2018 is 348,07 liters / sec, for 2023 is 428,75 liters / sec and for 2028 is 543,99 liters / sec If Compared to the condition of Tirta Bukit Sulap PDAM production capacity in Lubuklinggau, it is not sufficient to fulfill the water need of the population, most residents still use ground water to fiilfill the water needs of they daily life.
