ANALISIS KUALITAS AIR MINUM DAN AIR BERSIH DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SUGIH WARAS KECAMATAN RAMBANG KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM
In 2018 Indonesia ranks fifth with the highest incidence of stunting in the world. In South Sumatra, 31.7% of children under five were stunted in 2018. In Muara Enim Regency, the prevalence of stunting reached 7.49%. The incidence of stunting in Rambang District in 2021 18,86%. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of drinking water and clean water and the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the working area of the Sugih Waras Health Center. This study used a case control study design with a simple random sampling technique of 70 respondents, with a 1: 1 ratio with 35 under five cases and 35 under five under five controls. The analysis technique used was univariate and bivariate using SPSS in the chi-square test and fisher's exact test. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between the quality of drinking water physical parameters such as smell (p-value=1.000), color (p-value=0.239), TDS (pvalue=1.000), turbidity (p-value=0.239), taste (p-value=1.000), temperature (pvalue=1.000), drinking water quality chemical parameters pH (p-value=1.000), salinity (p-value=1.000), DHL (p-value=1.000), quality clean water physical parameters odor (p-value=1.000), color (p-value=1.000), TDS (p-value=1.000), turbidity (p-value=1.000), taste (p-value=1.000), temperature (p-value=1,000), clean water quality chemical parameters pH (p-value=1,000), salinity (pvalue=1,000), DHL (p-value=1,000) it can be concluded that there is no relationship between drinking water quality and clean water with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the work area of the Sugih Waras Health Center, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency.
