Providing DPT-HB-Hib immunization is one of the efforts that can be made to reduce child mortality. In Indonesia, incomplete DPT-HB-Hib immunization still exists between regions and research discussing the completeness of DPT-HB-Hib immunization by region in the last decade is still limited. The purpose of this study was to analyze the incompleteness of DPT-HB-Hib immunization by region in Indonesia and the factors that influence it. This study used secondary data from the 2018 Basic Health Research. The sample size for this study was 4,612 mothers with children aged 0-18 months. The dependent variable in this study was the incompleteness of DPT-HB-Hib immunization as measured by Hepatitis B-0 immunization, DPT-HB-Hib 1 immunization, DPT-HB-Hib 2 immunization, DPT-HB-Hib 3 immunization, DPT immunization –HB-Hib continued. The data were analyzed using Quantum GIS and binary logistic regression statistical tests. The results showed that the proportion of incomplete DPT-HB-Hib immunization in Indonesia was 2.4%. The highest proportion of incomplete DPT-HB-Hib immunization was in the Java-Bali region of 0.9% and the lowest proportion of incomplete DPT-HB-Hib immunization was in the Papua region of 0%, mothers in the Java-Bali region had more chances higher in utilizing DPT-HB-Hib immunization compared to other regions. Variables of residence, number of children under five, mother’s age, mother’s education, completeness of prenatal check-ups, place of delivery, and health assistance had a significant relationship in several regions. This study shows that there are differences in the incompleteness of DPT-HB-Hib immunization in Indonesia. Appropriate policies and strategies are needed to increase DPT-HB-Hib immunization in all regions in order to reduce inequality.
