YK Madira Hospital, Palembang City, is one of the places that poses a risk of danger to safety and health by providing health facilities and medical services with a large number of workers and services. In the initial survey, it was found that currently the Hospital K3 committee has not been formalized again and in 2023 there will be several cases of work accidents, with the existing phenomenon making the Hospital potentially dangerous and impacting the health status of individuals in the home environment. sick, therefore it is necessary to carry out research regarding the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at YK Madira Hospital. This research is classified as qualitative research with a descriptive approach method, with a total of 9 informants and data collection for this research was carried out using in-depth interviews, field observations and document review. The results of direct interviews showed that YK Madira Hospital, Palembang City, already has a policy regarding K3 which is dated and signed by the Hospital Director. The K3 policy has been socialized to all hospital human resources. The Hospital K3 unit has not yet been inaugurated, currently the person responsible for K3 is still part of the IPSRS unit. In planning K3 for hospitals, YK Madira Hospital is guided by existing laws and regulations and considers the results of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control. In implementing the K3 plan, YK Madira Hospital has carried out risk assessment identification for safety and security. The Hospital K3 Unit has established and implemented several K3 programs including worker health services. YK Madira City Hospital has experienced an increase in productivity, however monitoring or evaluation of K3 performance and reviews have not been carried out optimally. The results of field observations and documents in fulfilling the checklist showed that the results were 70.3%, which was based on PP No. 50 of 2012, YK Madira Hospital, Palembang City, is included in the category of good hospital SMK3 implementation.
