ANALISIS STATUS KERENTANAN AE. AEGYPTI PADA KONSENTRASI CYPERMETRIN DI AREA PELABUHAN BOOMBARU PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE CDC BOTTLE DAN SUSCEPTIBILITY TEST
Susceptibility status is a condition that indicates the level of ability of vector populations and disease-carrying animals to survive and tolerate doses of insecticides under normal conditions that can kill vector species and disease carrying animals. Cypermethrin has an impact on the environment because it easily seeps into the soil. Aims to analyze the vulnerability status of Ae. aegypti with Cypermethrin concentrations in the Palembang Boombaru Harbor area. This type of research is a control time series design with experimental methods, carried out using the CDC Bottle susceptibility test method and the Susceptibility Test using a comparison group (Control). The results of using the CDC Bottle Method and the Susceptibility Test indicated that Ae. aegypti originated from the Work Area of the Boombaru Port Health Office of the Class II Port of Palembang. Cypermethrin resistance against Ae. aegypti adults by the bioassay method was found in all sites assessed by the Municipality of Boyeros. The majority of the examined field mosquitoes showed sensitivity to Cypermethrin (98% mortality), each colony showed resistance to Cypermethrin
