When students have come to the end of the semester, they tend to think that completing their thesis becomes the biggest task they need to finish. This causes students to be vulnerable to experience stress, anxiety and even sleep disorders. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress and anxiety towards sleep disorders for the final semester students at Sriwijaya University. This research is conducted with a quantitative method using a cross sectional design. The research sample consisted of 175 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the cluster random sampling method. The data analysis carried out was univariate, bivariate (Chi-square test), and multivariate (logistic regression test) which were then presented in tabular form accompanied by interpretation of the calculation results. The prevalence of sleep disorders in students is 85.7%. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between stress and sleep disorders (p-value=0.002), anxiety and sleep disorders (p-value=0.000). Other factors related to sleep disorders are consumption of caffeinated drinks (p-value= 0.000), residence status (p-value= 0.46) and physical activity (p-value=0.002). And based on this research, it shows that there is no relationship between gender (p-value=0.391. In multivariate analysis, a relationship was obtained between anxiety and sleep disorders after controlling for confounding variables (p-value=0.000; PR= 12.569; 95%CI= 0.489-13.562). From this research it can be concluded that there is a relationship between anxiety and sleep disorders after controlling for confounding variables in final semester students at Sriwijaya University.
