In 2021, the coverage of antenatal visits is still low at the Alang-Alang Lebar Health Centre. Even though the government is trying to reduce the maternal mortality rate by improving the quality of antenatal care according to standards. This study aims to analyze the implementation of antenatal care at the Alang-Alang Lebar Health Center, Palembang City. This study used a qualitative method descriptive approach with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document review. The results showed that the coverage of K1, K4, and K6 antenatal visits at the Alang-Alang Lebar Health Center in 2022 had reached the target of 95%. The input aspects of antenatal services include human resources, funding sources, and SOPs are well available. The infrastructure is adequate for the implementation of 10T antenatal services but the room conditions feel cramped and limited space for movement. The process of planning antenatal care is in accordance with applicable regulations but has experienced errors in planning antenatal needs. Management of the division of tasks of midwives is good but the implementation is not optimal. The implementation of 10T integrated antenatal care is in accordance with applicable procedures. The level of compliance of midwives in providing 10T antenatal services according to standards is still not optimal. The implementation of reporting recording and evaluation monitoring is carried out routinely and according to procedures. The conclusion that the implementation of antenatal care at the AlangAlang Lebar Health centre has been running well but not optimal so it is recommended that the need to make a structured management of the division of midwife duties, the use of siscobikes and e-cohort applications, regular coaching and supervision and room layout arrangements at the MCH Poli in order to improve the quality of antenatal care.
