UJI KANDUNGAN ZAT BESI (FE) PADA FORMULASI PRODUK SNACK BAR BERBASIS PANGAN LOKAL
Puanchi bar is a local food-based snack food intended as a snack food for adolescent girls. Puanchi bar is not only formulated to meet nutritional needs but also to prevent and overcome iron deficiency anemia in adolescent girls. There are 3 formulations of puanchi bar, namely F3, F6 and F9, but information on iron content in puanchi bar formulations is not yet known. The purpose of this study was to analyze the iron (Fe) content in 3 puanchi bar formulas. This study used a laboratory experimental design. Iron (Fe) content was tested using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method at Chem-Mix Pratama Laboratory in Yogyakarta then bivariate analysis using the Anova Test and continued by the Bonferroni Test. The results showed the iron (Fe) content per 100 g formulation in F3, F6, and F9 were 2.31 mg, 2.58 mg and 3.03 mg, respectively. The Anova test results showed there was a difference in iron (Fe) content in the three puanchi bar formulations (p-value 0.001). Then the follow-up test using Bonferroni showed there were 2 pairs that were significantly different, namely formulation F3 with F9 and F6 with F9 (p-value
