ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI LIVIN BY MANDIRI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)
Livin by Mandiri is a mobile banking service system launched by Bank Mandiri. Based on data obtained on Google Playstore, the Livin by Mandiri application has a fairly low rating compared to other mobile banking applications. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence user satisfaction in the Livin by Mandiri application. using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. In this study there were 155 respondents who were obtained from distributing questionnaires through social media, then the data was processed using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy and easy of use variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction, while the content, format and timeless variables have no significant effect on user satisfaction of the Livin by Mandiri application.
