In business activities at the Automobile Kebun Bunga Palembang repair shop, it is still carried out manually and simply, where customers come directly to the repair shop with the car to be serviced, thus making customers reluctant and lazy to come to the repair shop. In addition, the service transaction bookkeeping process only relies on handwritten notes with the risk of incorrect notes and miscalculations, making it difficult to process monthly reports. This research aims to build a marketing management application and car repair or service services with the benefit of making it easier for customers to be able to order service services from home without having to bother coming to the repair shop, as well as helping the workshop manager in making it easier to make monthly reports in more detail. fast. This study uses the waterfall development method, with the consideration that this method is very easy to use and many references can be found. From the research results, the authors succeeded in building an application that can be used to help make it easier for customers to order car service from home and can be used to manage ordering data and simultaneously create reports. From the results of testing with the blackbox method, the authors conclude that the application built is in accordance with the design and according to customer needs and the needs of the workshop manager.
