NILAI KREATIF SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH OPEN ENDED PADA MATERI SPLDV DI KELAS VIII
This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine the Creative value is one of the 21st century skills that every student must have in order to be able to generate ideas for deal life problems. The creative value of students can be developed through the Open-Ended Problem-Based Learning model. Therefore, this study aims to determine the creative value of junior high school students in learning mathematics using a problem-based model with Open-Ended problems on SPLDV material. This is a descriptive qualitative research and focus research is the indicators of students' creative value including fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The research was carried out through three stages, namely preparation, implementation and data analysis. In the implementation stage, it began with problem-based learning activities using LKPD media containing open ended problems on SPLDV material conducted in class VIII.7 SMP N 49 Palembang. After that, written tests and interviews were conducted. The results showed that the dominant indicators that emerged were fluency, flexibility and elaboration. while the one that has not dominantly emerged is originality because students are accustomed to solving problems in a procedural way and are less trained in solving non-routine problems that have various solution.
