Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by a virus that is transmitted through mosquitoes and has spread to almost all parts of the world. Dengue fever was first recognized in the 1950s. Dengue virus is transmitted by female mosquitoes mainly of the species Aedes aegypti and to a lesser extent, Ae. albopictus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the physical environment and people's behavior toward the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). This type of research is analytic observational with a case-control research study design. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents did not have wire mesh (52.6%), the condition of the container was not closed (52.6%), the location of the container in the house (64.9%), there were larvae (58.4%), knowledge not good (58.4%), bad attitude (59.7%), and bad action (71.4%). Results of the bivariate analysis, statistically there is an influence between the presence of wire mesh (p-value = 0.024), presence of larvae (p-value = 0.034), knowledge (p-value = 0.014), attitude (p-value = 0.014), and action /practice (p-value = 0.02) with the incidence of DHF in Sukarame and Seberang Ulu II Districts. The most dominant factor influencing the incidence of DHF is the action/practice variable, respondents who have unfavorable actions/practices are 3.135 times more likely to experience DHF events than respondents who have good practices/practices after controlling for the presence of wire sheaves, presence of larvae, knowledge. and attitudes with a range of 1.352 to 7.268. Actions/practices are the most dominant factor influencing the incidence of DHF (p-value= 0.008; OR= 3.135; 95% CI= 1.352-7.268). Keywords: DHF incident, Aedes Aegypti, Action. practice Literature: 70 (2006-2022)
