HUBUNGAN ASUPAN MAKAN DAN STATUS GIZI TERHADAP DAYA TAHAN PADA ATLET DAYUNG, ATLETIK, DAN RENANG (ENDURANCE).
Nutritional fulfillment in athletes is very necessary if it is not fulfilled optimally, it will have an impact on the nutritional status and performance of athletes so that it can cause loss or absence of strength (power) and endurance. In this study to see the relationship between food intake and nutritional status to endurance in rowing, athletic and swimming athletes (Endurance). This research is a quantitative study with a Cross Sectional research design. Data collection using the Food Recall method for food intake and endurance using the Bleep Test. The sampling technique used total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people with rowing, athletics, and swimming. Data processing with Spearman Rank test. The average food intake of athletes is 1401.92 calories with 56.19 grams of protein, 52.18 grams of fat, and 175.84 grams of carbohydrates. The majority of nutritional status in good category athletes is 27 people (79.4%). The results showed that there was no significant relationship between food intake and the endurance of rowing, athletic, and swimming athletes (p-value 1.00) and there was no significant relationship between nutritional status and endurance in rowing, swimming, and athletic athletes (p-value 0.072). Suggestions for further research are increasing intake with nutritional consultation and measuring muscle endurance.
