This research is entitled "Development of the SIBA Program (Bukit Asam Industrial Center) for the Socio-Economic Life of the Community in Tanjung Enim, Muara Enim Regency, 2012-2020. The research conducted to know the history of SIBA (Bukit Asam Industrial Center) in Tanjung Enim, Muara Enim Regency, and the SIBA (Bukit Asam Industrial Center) development program for the Social and Economic Life of the Community in Tanjung Enim, Muara Enim Regency in 2012-2020. This research method uses historical methods (history). The approach used in this research is the sociology and economic strategy. Based on the research results, the history of the establishment of the Bukit Asam Industrial Center (SIBA) program based on initiation from PT Bukit Asam was due to the needs of companies that consistently buy from outside the company's territory. This program plays an essential role in developing the social and economic life of the people in Tanjung Enim because every year, it always increases. The social life of the people of Tanjung Enim is intertwined between the community and PTBA's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The life of the economic community has also experienced changes, namely from the aspect of capital, procedures, tools, and materials used in the production process, which has continued to grow. Then, from 2012-2020, there were significant developments in the production process and product sales every year. PT Bukit Asam also established the Bukit Asam Industrial Center (SIBA) Center as a PTBA-assisted community business activities center.
