This program is one of a mandatory health program in Indonesia. This program provide services for individuals with severe mental disorders, with the goal of enhancing their mental well-being. The prevalence of severe mental disorders in Indonesia is 7 per 1000 households with poor medication adherence. This study aims to analyze the implementation of mental health policy programs in Lahat District using the World Health Organization's six building blocks framework. The research was conducted using a descriptive design and qualitative methods. Data collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data were validated through triangulation. The data were analyzed using thematic methods. The results of input component shows that human resources, budget and medicines for people with severe mental disorders are available but not sufficient to perform the program optimally. Program reporting through applications faces challenges from a lack of human resources skills. Program implementation adheres to relevant laws and regulations. The results of process component shows that services provided by community health centers are primarily curative, with limited focus on promotive, preventive, and rehabilitative services. Families identified as one of the obstacles due to stigma and their negative attitudes. It was concluded that the mental health program had been implemented but there were still many obstacles that had to be resolved. Recommendations for public health centers and Dinas Kesehatan to improve the mental health service coverage by maximizing existing resources and establishing collaboration with related sectors.
