Putri Rizqi Amelia Analysis Of The Utilization Of JKN (National Health Insurance) Services in The Work Area Of North Indralaya District in 2023 xiv + 80 pages, 15 tables, 2 pictures, 5 attachments ABSTRACT Utilization of National Health Insurance Services is a participant of health insurance who exercises his right to obtain guarantees in the form of health protection to obtain maintenance benefits and to meet basic health needs. This study aims to determine the factors related to the utilization of JKN. This type of research is descriptive analytic. The sample in this study was 100 randomly selected samples. The analysis was carried out by the Chi Square method. The results showed that the utilization of JKN reached 79%. Variables related to the utilization of JKN include age variables (p-value=0.000), education (p-value=0.000) employment (p-value = 0.002), income (p-value = 0.005), and perception (p-value= 0.000). The unrelated variables include gender and accessibility. Cross-sectoral strengthening is urgently needed between BPJS Kesehatan, health workers and local community leaders as information agents to participate in socializing about the benefits and programs of national health insurance. The government is expected to reconsider the access that people must take to reach health facilities. Keywords : Service Utilization, Community, JKN Literature : 2003-2022
