This study aims to determine the relationship between flat foot with gait and balance in elementary school-aged children. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design which was conducted in September 2023 at the 2nd Adventist Elementary School in Palembang for children aged 6-13 years. Data from 100 samples obtained by examining flat foot using the wet-footprint test and Clarke's angle, gait examination using gait parameters which were divided into stride length, cycle time, cadence, and speed, examining static balance using the standing stork test, and examining dynamic balance using the balance beam test. Data were analyzed by chi square test. The results of the chi square test for analyzing the relationship between flat foot and gait show p value = 0.003. The relationship between flat foot and static balance shows p value = 0.002. And the relationship between flat foot and dynamic balance shows p value = 0.074.
