Introduction: The penis as an external masculine genital organ has several anomalous conditions with a high prevalence rate. Penis size is an indicator of the adequacy of the male sex fetus against androgen hormones, namely pituitary gonadotropins and penile androgens. The normative standard of penis size can be a benchmark in determining whether there are abnormalities in the genitalia or the endocrine system.
