HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DENGAN CAREER DECISION MAKING SELF EFFICACY PADA FRESH GRADUATE
This research was conducted to find out whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and career decision making self efficacy in fresh graduates. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a relationship between the emotional intelligence and career decision making self efficacy. Respondents in this study were 150 fresh graduates in Indonesia. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used to measure the career decision making self-efficacy variable was made by researcher based on dimensions from Betz, Klein, and Taylor (1996) and for the emotional intelligence variable was made by researcher based on dimensions from Goleman (1995). Data analysis was performed using Person's Product Moment.
