KEPUASAN PENGGUNA LAYANAN TELEDENTISTRY DI BIDANG KONSERVASI GIGI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KOTA PALEMBANG (KUESIONER)
Background: Teledentistry is the utilization of technological advancements in the field of dentistry, serving as an alternative for consultations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Teledentistry is used for remote dental diagnosis and treatment recommendations. One of its applications is in dental conservation for early caries detection. This study aims to determine user satisfaction with teledentistry services in the field of dental conservation during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palembang City. Method: This research was a descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 100 users of teledentistry services in the field of dental conservation during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palembang City who met the inclusion criteria. Data was collected through a questionnaire via Google Forms in August 2023 and was analyzed using SPSS. Results: Patient satisfaction based on the responsiveness dimension achieved the highest satisfaction percentage (86%), followed by the reliability dimension (86%), assurance dimension (87%), and empathy dimension (88%). Conclusion: This research indicates that the majority of users are satisfied with the four dimensions of teledentistry services in the field of dental conservation during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palembang.
