Environmental problems that occur in Indonesia are caused by a lack of awareness of maintaining environmental cleanliness. This happened in the village of Tanjung Seteko, an activity of people throwing rubbish in random places, including children. This research aims to create hologram media or 3D media as children's learning media to increase children's awareness of environmental cleanliness in Tanjung Seteko village, Ogan Ilir district. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluations) development model. The subjects in this research were 20 children of TPQ Rahmat Ramadhan, Tanjung Seteko village. The data collection technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is the Likert scale and Normalized NGain. The results of material expert validation were 100%, while language expert validation was 90% and media expert validation was 77%. Based on the results, the overall percentage was 89%, which shows that hologram and video image media have a validity level in the very appropriate category. The results of the pretest and posttest division show differences in the increase in scores after showing an animated video using hologram media. The average pretest score was 46.65 in the medium category. Meanwhile, the posttest score increased to 64.35 in the very high category. The results of the normalized Gain test show that the average sample value has increased by 0.327, which is included in the medium category. Based on the results of validation and questionnaires, it can be concluded that the development of hologram media to increase children's awareness in protecting the environment in Tanjung Seteko village, Ogan Ilir Regency is categorized as very and validation practical as a learning medium for children.
