This research aims to determine the effect of palm fruit peel waste compost (Arenga pinnata) on the growth of snow pea plants (Pisum sativum L.). The research method used was an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and six repetitions. The research treatment consisted of giving compost fertilizer in the amount of P0 (0 gram), P1 (200 gram), P2 (300 gram), P3 (400 gram). The data analysis used in this research was analysis of variance followed by the BJND test. The results of the research showed that treatment P2 (300 grams) was the treatment that had the best average with an average number of branches of 10.8 stems, number of leaves 49.2, time for the first flower to appear 26.5 days, number of flowers 2.3 strands, number of pods 2.3, number of seeds 9.3 seeds, wet weight of seeds 2.3 grams and dry weight of seeds 0.9 grams. The conclusion of this research is that P2 treatment (300 grams) has a very significant effect on all research parameters on snow peas. The results of this research will be used in class XII high school biology learning in the Growth and Development of Living Creatures material in K.D. 3.1. The results of this research will be expressed in the form of learning tools: Syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and Student Worksheets (LKPD).
