Ogan Ilir was one of the three districts with the highest prevalence of stunting in South Sumatra. For this reason, interventions for stunting prevention in adolescence need to be carried out in Ogan Ilir in order to prevent the increase in stunting prevalence in the future. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of TikTok videos in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in Ogan Ilir regarding stunting. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental with pre and post test in a control group (23 respondents) and an experimental group (22 respondents), the sampling method was simple random sampling. Data on knowledge variables in the control and experimental groups were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Data on the attitude variable were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test for the control group and paired t test for the experimental group. The results showed that in the knowledge variable, the experimental group experienced significant changes (p value = 0.000), while the control group did not show significant changes (p value = 0.062). In the attitude variable, the experimental group showed a positive significant change (p value = 0.002) with a mean increase of 7.6, while in the control group it experienced a significant change in the negative direction (p value = 0.002) marked by a decrease in the mean value of 9.4. It can be concluded that TikTok videos have proven effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents regarding stunting prevention. So, it is recommended for those who want to carry out stunting intervention for adolescents to consider using TikTok videos as media
