HUBUNGAN FAKTOR RISIKO PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER TERHADAP DERAJAT STENOSIS ARTERI PADA PASIEN YANG MENJALANI ANGIOGRAFI KORONER DI RSMH
Introduction: Coronary heart disease, is a heart disease that was caused by accumulation of plaque at the coronary arteries, which supply blood to heart and causes narrowing of said blood vessels (stenosis). These accumulations of plaque were caused by several factors, in which some are modifiable and some are not, these risk factors are multiplier by nature, due to this two risk factors could increase the chance of myocardial infarction. Conventional Coronary Angiography is the mean of diagnosis and has been a gold standard to locate the location of narrowing along with the degree of the narrowing. This study aims to find a relation between risk factors of coronary heart disease to the degree of artery stenosis. Method: This study is an analytical cross-sectional study using a secondary data, that is the medical record of Primary General Hospital Mohammad Hoesin (RSMH). This study was done in the Medical Record Department of RSMH on the month of November to December of 2022, with total samples reaching 73 in numbers. The risk factors of Coronary Heart Disease was categorised into the numerical and categoric risk factors, and then correlated to Gensini score. Result: This study samples has an average Gensini score of 28.49 36.795 with a median of 8.00 and minimal score of 0 and maximum score of 128, the correlation results between the risk factors whether numerical or categorical shows that, only the risk factor of age showing a weak-powered significant correlation to Gensini score (r=0.276, p=0.018 (p
