STUDI VENASI DAUN PADA BEBERAPA TUMBUHAN SUKU SOLANACEAE DAN SUMBANGANNYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SMA
The study aimed to determine the leaf venation morphological character of ten species of Solanaceae, and to know relationships based on the morphological character of the leaf venation. This descriptive study describes the morphological character of the ten types of leaf venation Solanaceae namely Brugmansia suaveolens Bercht. & J.Presl, Brunfelsia uniflora D.Don, Capsicum frutescens L., Datura metel L., Lycium barbarum L., Petunia integrifolia Schinz & Thell., Solanum diphyllum L., Solanum mammosum L., Solanum nigrum L., dan Solanum torvum Sw. Relationship analysis through cluster analysis using NTSYS software. The results showed that the 10 species of Solanaceae all had consistent primary vein categories, angle of divergence, variations in angle of divergence, intersecondary veins, quaternary vein resolution, and veinlets. However, the other characters show clear differences. For example Solanum mammosum L. and Solanum torvum Sw., both of them do not have quaternary vein characters, marginal ultimate venation, and veinlets. Based on the dendogram of relationship analysis, relationships are divided into two main clusters. The results of this study have implications as a material enrichment of Biology SMA Class X on Basic Competence 3.3 The principles of the classification of living things in five kingdoms in the form of a booklet.
