PENGARUH LATIHAN LARI SPRINT 20 METER TERHADAP KECEPATAN TENDANGAN DOLLYO CHAGI PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER TAEKWONDO SMP NEGERI 6 OKU
This study aims to determine the effect of 20-meter sprint training on dollyo chagi kick speed in taekwondo extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 OKU. The method used in this study was a quasy experiment in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all taekwondo extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 OKU. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The instrument in this study was the dollyo chagi kick speed test. Data were taken from the initial test (pretest) and posttest (posttest). The treatment in this study was in the form of 20-meter sprint training for 6 weeks with a training frequency of 3 times a week. Based on the research results and analysis of hypothesis testing data, it is known that tcount (12.15) > ttable (1.70), then tcount > ttable so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The H1 statement is that there is an effect of the 20-meter sprint training exercise on dollyo chagi kick speed in taekwondo extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 OKU. The implication of this study is that the 20 meter sprint training exercise can be used as a form of training to increase the speed of dollyo chagi kicks in taekwondo sports.
