GAMBARAN ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE PADA KARYAWAN YANG MENGALAMI SOCIAL UNDERMINING
The purpose of this study was to know the description of organizational justice in employees who experience social undermining. Participants in this study were 118 employees who experience social undermining in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The measuring tool used in this research is a scale that has been prepared by the researcher based on the dimensions of organizational justice which consist of four dimensions, namely distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice (Robbins & Judge, 2015). The organizational justice scale consists of 24 items. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice are in the high category. This is because 89 respondents (75,4%) experienced social undermining with repeated treatment. The highest mean value for organizational justice variable is in the interpersonal justice dimension.
