PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KERJA SAMA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B DI TK AL-MADANI INDRALAYA
This study aims to improve cooperation skills through a cooperative learning model of teams games tournament (TGT) type in group B children at Al-Madani Indralaya Kindergarten. The type of research used is classroom action research with the Kemis & MC Taggart research model. This research has several stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 16 children consisting of 8 girls and 8 boys. Data collection techniques by means of observation and documentation. This research was carried out in two different cycles where in cycle I the research did not use media or tools and cycle II used media, namely sticking media and compiling images. The results of the research on the indicator of children joining the group show that cycle I is higher than the initial conditions of pre-action with a percentage of 56.25%, while pre-action is only 31.25% . Cycle II is higher than cycle I, which is 81.25%. In the indicator of being responsible, cycle I is higher than pre-action, namely 56.25%. While pre-action is only 25%. Cycle II is higher than cycle I, which is 87.5%. In the indicator of giving each other, cycle I was 0% lower than the pre-action, namely 18.75%, this decrease occurred because the researcher did not have a value on the observation of sharing tools. Cycle II is higher than cycle I, namely 75%. The indicator of mutual help showed that cycle I was higher than pre-action, namely 68.75%. While the pre-action was 25%. Cycle II is higher than cycle I, which is 87.5%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the cooperative play method can improve children's cooperation.
