IDENTIFIKASI DAN STATUS SPESIES IKAN PADA MUSIM PERALIHAN I DI UNIT PELAKSANAAN TEKNIS DINAS PELABUHAN PERIKANAN (UPTD-PP) LEMPASING, LAMPUNG
Identification and Status of Fish Species During Transition Season I at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Fisheries Port Office (UPTD-PP) Lempasing, Lampung (Supervisors: Fitri Agustriani, S.Pi., M.Si and Prof. Dr. Fauziyah, S.Pi) The Technical Implementation Unit of the Fisheries Port Authority (UPTD-PP) in Lempasing, Lampung, is the center of fisheries activities, especially those located in the waters of Lampung Bay. Lampung Bay is one of the waters with significant fisheries potential for fishing operations. One of the essential aspects of fisheries resource management is the appropriate minimum data assessment, including the identification of fish species. This research aims to identify and analyze the fish species status at UPTD-PP Lempasing, Lampung. The study was conducted in May 2023 and involved data analysis, including the composition and length at first maturity of fish gonads. The research results indicate that the number of species found at UPTD-PP Lempasing, Lampung, is a total of 9 families and 15 species. The length at first maturity (Lm) for Euthynnus affinis ranged from 21,2 to 22,32 cm, Stolephorus insularis ranged from 7,33 to 7,42 cm, and Selar crumenophthalmus ranged from 15,64 to 16,17 cm. Based on the IUCN Red List, the status of fish species in UPTD-PP Lempasing, Lampung, includes 9 species classified as Least Concern, 2 species as Data Deficient status, and 4 species as Not Evaluated.
