This study aims to determine the effect of workload on burnout among nurses at RSUD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko. The population in this study were 75 nurses who worked at RSUD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko. This study used saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data that obtained from distributing questionnaires to nurses at RSUD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko. This study used simple linear regression analysis technique. The study showed that some nurses at RSUD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko has experienced burnout symptoms such as frequent physical complaints, difficulty in concentrating, decreased level in motivation and self-confidence. The conclusions from this study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between workload and burnout of nurses at the RSUD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko Keyword: Workload, Burnout. Nurses
