KAJIAN PEMBERIAN DOSIS VITAMIN C YANG BERBEDA PADA PAKAN KOMERSIL TERHADAP TINGKAT KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP BENIH IKAN KAKAP PUTIH (Lates calcarifer) DI BALAI BESAR PERIKANAN BUDIDAYA LAUT (BBPBL ) LAMPUNG
Barramundi is a type of catadromous fish that has earned the nickname "Asian salmon" which has high nutritional value and a wide market. Balai Besar Perikanan Budidaya Laut (BBPBL) Lampung is a cultivation business with adequate technology. One of the fish that is cultivated is white snapper. The problem that occurs is the consumption of feed that is not proportional to the growth of the fish when it is cultivated. The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimal dose of Vitamin C with a combination of artificial feed in the survival of barramundi fry. This study used the RAL method (Completely Randomized Design) with 2 pools of fiber tubs placed in 25 Liter jar containers. The results on growth were analyzed using ANOVA. The results showed that the difference in the dose of Vitamin C to commercial feed in growth weight had a significant difference, namely a dose of 300 mg vitamin C with an average absolute growth rate with an average weight of 17.45 gr, and an absolute length with an average of 9.1 cm. The results of the ANOVA test on the various growth rates of barramundi seed weight at a dose of 300 mg of vitamin C had a very significant difference to the other three treatments. Meanwhile, the results of the ANOVA test on the growth rate of length in the four treatments had no significant difference
