KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM SEKOLAH FILIAL PADA ANAK PUTUS SEKOLAH DI SANGGAR KEGIATAN BELAJAR KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the policy of the filial school program in the Palembang City Study Activity Center. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 35 students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire which was distributed to students. Measurement of filial school program policies using 4 indicators as a reference, namely communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. The filial school program policy is still in the low category, seen from the percentage of questionnaires filled out by filial school students who obtained an average result of 58.17%. There are also indicators containing statements according to those contained in the questionnaire, namely communication indicators with a score of 51.5% in the low category, resource indicators with a score of 61.71% in the medium category, disposition indicators with a score of 67% in the medium category, bureaucratic structure indicator with a score of 52.5% in the low category. Based on the indicators of these four indicators, the resource and disposition indicators are better than the communication indicators and bureaucratic structure because the filial school policy for dropouts is based on the lowest indicator, namely communication because there is still a lack of socialization regarding filial schools so that many people still do not know regarding this filial school program, as well as based on indicators of bureaucratic structure, that is, this program is already able to manage filial schools but must coordinate with the main school first.
