PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PT SATRIA BAHANA SARANA.
This study aims to analyze the effect of transactional leadership on employee work discipline at PT Satria Bahana Sarana. The independent variable in this study is transactional leadership (X) while the dependent variable is Work Discipline (Y). The population in this study amounted to 1019 employees, a sample of 92 employees of PT Satria Bahana Sarana using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. This study used a simple regression analysis technique and t-test assisted by the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that transactional leadership has a positive and significant influence on work discipline.
