The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the capital adequacy ratio, operating expenses to operating revenues, and mudharabah financing on profitability. This study uses a quantitative methodology with secondary data types. The retrieval of data on the population of Islamic Commercial Banks revealed as many as 12 banks in 2017–2021, with the sample selected in this study were 7 banks. The tests used multiple linear analysis techniques where no deviations were found, and the research tests were normally distributed so that meets the requirements. The results of the BOPO t-test have a significant negative effect on profitability, while CAR and mudharabah financing have no effect on profitability. The results of the F test show that CAR, BOPO, and mudharabah financing have a significant effect on profitability. This predicts the ability of the three variables that affect profitability by 73.9% and is influenced by other variables by 26.1%.
