This research aims to analyze the impact of public sector expenditure, workforce and population on the economic growth of Musi Banyuasin Regency 2007 - 2021. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that (a) the Education Sector Expenditure Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Economic Growth of Musi Banyuasin Regency. (b) The Health Sector Expenditure Variable has a negative but significant effect on the Economic Growth of Musi Banyuasin Regency. (c) The Infrastructure Sector Expenditure, Labor and Population variables have a negative and insignificant effect on the Economic Growth of Musi Banyuasin Regency.
